Private Singing Lessons are taught with care for developing voice with a focus on resonance, breath control, intonation, development of registers, and advancement of musical knowledge.
Who is Ms Latini as a teacher?
Ms Latini is a professional opera singer who maintains a professional performance schedule and also holds a passion for teaching and inspiring others to find their true voice. As a teaching artist, she has first hand knowledge of the demands of a performance career and the need for a solid vocal technique that can translate through all genres of music. Ms Latini teaches voice in person and via the online platform Zoom. She has experience conducting choirs, teaching general music grades Pre-K to 8th grade and private voice lessons. Ms Latini holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Vocal Performance from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Music in Voice Performance from Rice University.
Who is Ms Latini as a performer?
Ms Latini has sung with opera companies all over the United States, Canada, and France. In 2018, she was a National Semi-Finalist in the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions. Her professional experience ranges from Baroque opera to contemporary new works and musical theatre. Ms Latini has garnered much critical acclaim for her informed and passionate performance. She has been a member of several prestigious training programs including those at Palm Beach Opera, The Glimmerglass Festival, Kentucky Opera, Santa Fe Opera, and Wolf Trap Opera.
